As a leading business club for founders, executives and investors in fitness, wellness and health industries, we are growing and professionalizing our marketing operations.
General requirements
- Language: Full working proficiency in English, other languages like German are beneficial.
- Work location: Remote, Europe-based, with periodic team meetings in Munich.
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree, vocational training (Ausbildung) or equivalent in marketing / communications / economics / etc.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in marketing roles with a proven track record of results.
Key responsibilities:
1. B2B Marketing funnel development
- Design and optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion processes
- Implement data-driven analytics for ROI measurement and decision-making
2. Marketing automation
- Establish marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and drive engagement
- Create automated email sequences and dynamic content campaigns
3. Content & campaign management
- Execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting optimization
- Maintain website alignment with campaigns and brand strategy
- Lead content marketing strategy across newsletters, FitTech Club podcast, webinars, and LinkedIn
